Programme TALENtBRIDGE
The aim of our TALENtBRIDGE programme is to equip students with practical skills for the business environment and support companies in project execution. The programme is based on the collaboration of professional, interdisciplinary student teams from the University of Gdańsk with industry partners. Our strategic partner is the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics at the University of Gdańsk.
- developing student entrepreneurship in collaboration with business and the University of Gdańsk Careers Office;
- enhancing students' competencies through workshops, training sessions and competitions;
- supporting students in recruitment processes;
- organising internships, student placements and corporate volunteering;
- involving student teams in delivering commercial research services;
- offering student scholarships;
- building a collaboration network with industry partners.

Creating joint training courses
that enable university students to earn professional qualifications while still studying.
Organising events
such as workshops, competitions, hackathons and career development debates to enhance employability in Polish and international companies.

17 lutego w Olivia Centre Univentum Labs zorganizowało spotkanie ze studentami Living Lab Bounty Board (L2B2) w ramach programu TALENtBRIDGE. Celem programu TALENtBRIDGE jest jest praktyczne przygotowanie studentów do pracy w środowisku biznesowym.
